Refund policy

At EWANY ORGANICS ,we offer high-quality products and does quality check while packing to ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers. However, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns: We regret to inform you that we do not offer a return option for any of our products. We encourage you to carefully review your order before making a purchase.

Replacements: We provide replacement options for products that arrive damaged. Since the product is quality checked before shipping, to verify the defect an uninterrupted (without pause) opening video of the product must be shared with us for initiating returns. If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:

1.    Report the Issue: Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product. Provide your order number, a brief description of the damage, and photos of the damaged item.

2.    Assessment: Our team will review your report and the provided evidence to assess the damage.

3.    Replacement Approval: Once your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged product. Please note that replacement requests are subject to product availability.

Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by improper handling or misuse by the customer.
  • Products that have been used or altered.

Ø Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within eight days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. The item should also be in its original packaging.
- Items that are damaged in any way will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Ø Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email our customer support at support@amminiamma.in with your order number and reason for the return, opening video and photos of the damaged item.
2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
3. Ship the Item: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Ø Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item and if it is eligible for return we will issue a store credit for the same or if you need refund the amount, we will refund it to the original payment method

- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
