5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1 EWANY ORGANICS, does not offer returns/ exchange.
5.2 In case of any defects, Items must be unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
5.3 For approved returns, refunds will not be issued in cash or to bank accounts. The value will be credited to your Hawany account as store credit.
5.4 Store credits can be used for future purchases and remain valid indefinitely.
5.5 For any return/ exchange request, a clear unboxing video (from start to finish) showing the intact outer packaging and the visible defect is mandatory. Without this video proof, exchanges cannot be processed.
5.6 Products that are used, or not in original condition will not be eligible for exchange.
